Molly is an experienced depth facilitator, educator and program designer. She has founded many programs and projects, founded a non-profit, facilitated hundreds of people in everything from diversity and inclusion work to strategic planning, well work culture, and collective creative visioning. She has designed and implemented community based arts projects, university degree programs, online personal transformation learning programs and more. Aside from years as a professor, she has worked with a large number of University, non-profit and corporate clients including The University of New Mexico, The University of Colorado, The Sierra Club, and The Academy for the Love of Learning. Molly has also trained creative and depth facilitators with The Academy for the Love of Learning, Littleglobe, The Corcoran School of Art and Design and in 2022 will begin this work with The Minnesota School of Art and Design.
Currently Molly works as a coach, educator and facilitator with The University of Minnesota, Minnesota College of Art and Design and with The Center for Excellence in Public Leadership at GWU. Molly’s work supports our capacity to address our personal and collective shadows as we find healing and health in our bodies, home lives, work communities and educational communities. In addition she believes we are hardwired for service, meaningful connection and sharing unique creative expression and without a doubt have the resource, creativity and capacity to meet this new era as resourced co-creators and learners together.
