Molly has worked with individuals, organizations and diverse communities around the globe for over twenty-seven years on the frontlines of cultural innovation. She weaves the arts, leadership practices, community organizing practices, social healing processes, and somatic & contemplative practices into all of her work. She has founded and directed a non-profit, designed and implemented creative and community health projects, and served as a consultant and creativity trainer for multiple institutions including The University of New Mexico, George Washington University/Corcoran School of Art and Design, and The University of Colorado.
She is regularly in dialogue and collaboration with scientists, activists, leaders, youth, educators and more supporting vital innovation and weavings of creative and integrative healing practices and approaches. She has designed large-scale participatory events, programs, retreats, and conferences with universities, non-profit boards, the Dalai Lama, retreat centers and more. She is devoted to empowering and training creative facilitators and in 2022 will contribute to The Minnesota School of Art and Design’s new Masters Program in Creative Leadership as a learning mentor for graduate students in depth facilitation.
